Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and flexible cancellation process for all guests.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund. All cancellations must be completed via your Customer Portal using the self-serve cancellation tool. You’ll find the link in your confirmation email.
If you booked through a third-party site (e.g., Viator, TripAdvisor, etc.), please contact them directly to manage your cancellation request. We are unable to cancel or refund bookings made through outside platforms.
Optional 24-Hour Cancellation Protection
- Cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your activity for any reason
- Receive a full refund, processed by our partner Spot
Important: Peek Protect is not insurance — it’s a premium cancellation feature offered through Peek Pro and managed by Spot. All refund requests through Peek Protect are handled by Spot, not Wileys Boat Rides.

Same-Day and Last-Minute Cancellations
Weather-Related Cancellations
- A full refund, or
- A chance to reschedule your ride at no additional cost
However, customers may not cancel or request a refund due to weather that is not to their personal preference. If conditions are deemed safe by our captain, the trip will go on as scheduled.
Please dress appropriately for the weather. Wiley’s Boat Rides carries splash jackets for all passengers if needed.
Recommended clothing guidelines based on temperature:
- Below 76°F: Bring an extra layer
- Below 72°F: A jacket is strongly recommended
- Below 67°F: Consider adding a hat and gloves
We want you to be comfortable and prepared so you can enjoy your ride—rain or shine!
