Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Wileys Boat Rides. By booking and participating in any of our boat tours or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Capacity and Safety Regulations
- Our boat has a strict capacity of 6 passengers, including children and infants. This is a federally mandated regulation by the United States Coast Guard and no exceptions will be made.
- All passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
- Life jackets are required for all riders and will be provided on-site.
Alcohol, Drugs, and Intoxication Policy
- The use and possession of alcohol, drugs, and related substances, including THC and CBD vape pens, is strictly prohibited both on the boat and within the boarding area.
- If any individual appears to be under the influence, they will not be allowed to ride and no refunds will be issued.
Dock and Boarding Policy
- Only 7 members of your party may be on the dock at any given time: 6 passengers and 1 designated Organizer.
- The Organizer is responsible for:
- Coordinating the entry and exit of their party.
- Ensuring prompt boarding and deboarding to maintain tour schedule.
- Please be respectful of other guests and do not linger on the dock after your tour.
Arrival and Meeting Point
- All guests are required to follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email, including a detailed map to the boarding area.
- We recommend loading all images and maps to your phone in advance, as cell reception may be limited.
Minor Policy
- Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult 21 years or older.
- Children under the age of 10 must have one adult per row for proper supervision and balance during the ride.
Ride Expectations
- Our Jet Boat Rides are designed for family fun, not high-speed thrills.
- While fast and exciting, the boat does not exceed the speed of a typical ski-boat or rental jet ski.
- Adrenaline junkies or powersports enthusiasts seeking whitewater or racing experiences may find this tour too tame.
Conduct and Public Park Guidelines
- Wileys Boat Rides operates out of a public park using public docks and facilities in Wenatchee.
- All participants must conduct themselves respectfully:
- Do not block access points, pathways, or public restrooms.
- Avoid excessively loud behavior, confrontations, or group setups larger than a blanket and small sunshade.
- We reserve the right to deny service to anyone causing disturbances.
Waiver Requirement
- All participants must complete and sign our digital liability waiver before arriving for their ride.
- This is a mandatory requirement for participation and is linked in your booking confirmation email.

Passenger Capacity
Adventure Boat Rides
Our adventure boat rides have a strict maximum capacity of 6 passengers, including children and infants. This limit is mandated by the United States Coast Guard, and no exceptions will be made.
Life jackets are required for all passengers on adventure boat rides and will be provided on-site.
Year-Round Cruises
Year-round cruises have a strict maximum capacity of 5 passengers, including children and infants. This is also regulated by the United States Coast Guard and cannot be exceeded.
Life jackets are required for passengers aged 14 and under. Life jackets are available and will be provided to anyone who requests one, regardless of age.
Please Note: Adventure Boat Rides and Year-Round Cruises do not commence at the same time or even close to each other timewise. These are separate experiences, each with its own schedule, capacity, and safety requirements.
General Safety Guidelines
All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times. These rules are in place for your safety and are strictly enforced.
Dock and Boarding Policy for Large Groups (More Than 6 Guests)
For parties larger than 6 who are booking multiple boats, only 7 members of your group may be on the dock at any given time per boat—this includes 6 passengers and 1 designated Organizer.
The Organizer is responsible for:
- Coordinating the entry and exit of their assigned group.
- Ensuring prompt boarding and deboarding to maintain the tour schedule.
Please be respectful of other guests and do not linger on the dock before or after your ride. Staging and switching groups must be done efficiently and with consideration for others waiting to board.
